Shipping & Packaging

We pack all shipments with utmost care to ensure safe transit. However, we are not liable for any damage, delay, loss, theft, or customs-related issues that may occur during shipping.
Shipping charges are payable by the customer as applicable at the time of order placement.
All product prices displayed on the website are inclusive of GST.
VAT, import duties, customs duties, taxes, and any destination country charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and must be paid directly to the relevant authorities or courier partner.

Shipping Policy

We have partnered with multiple logistics service providers including DHL, DTDC, ICL, and other reputed courier partners. Shipping charges may vary depending on the destination, package dimensions, weight, and courier partner rates.
We offer both domestic and international shipping. Applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout.
Standard delivery timelines are 5–9 working days, subject to customs clearance and destination serviceability. Delays caused by weather conditions, customs inspections, transportation disruptions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.

Additional Courier Surcharges

The following additional charges, wherever applicable, shall be borne by the customer:

Maximum weight per box: 23 kg. Shipments exceeding this limit may attract additional handling charges.
Remote Area Delivery: ₹2,000 (USA) and ₹4,000 (all other countries).
Non-Conveyable Piece Surcharge: ₹3,000 per box.
Irregular / Non-Conveyable Piece Surcharge: ₹3,000 per box.
Oversized Piece Handling Charge: ₹3,000 per box for packages exceeding 100 cm (40 inches) in any dimension.
Overweight Piece Handling Charge: ₹13,000 per package for shipments weighing 70 kg (150 lb) or more.
Non-Stackable Handling Charge: ₹42,000 per shipment.
Address Correction Charge: ₹1,500.
Export Declaration Charges: ₹4,000.
Elevated Risk Destination Charge: ₹4,700.
Restricted Destination Charge: ₹4,700.
Post-Clearance Modification Charge: ₹3,000.

Irregular / Non-Conveyable Shipments

A shipment may be classified as Irregular or Non-Conveyable if it cannot be processed through standard conveyor systems. This includes, but is not limited to:

Odd-shaped or cylindrical packages
Packages with protruding parts
Oversized, undersized, or unbalanced packages
Hard plastic tubs, metal boxes, luggage, hard cases, bags, canisters
Non-standard packaging materials
Loose straps or excessive plastic wrapping

Such shipments may incur additional handling charges as determined by the courier partner.

Address Changes

Once an order has been dispatched, requests for changing the delivery address cannot be accepted.

Cancellation Policy

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched. Customers are requested to review their order details carefully before shipment.

Return Policy

We do not accept returns on any products once delivered.

Refund Policy

If a refund is approved, the amount will be processed within 15–20 working days and credited to the original payment method used for placing the order.

Tracking Details

Tracking information will be shared via email once the order has been dispatched. Customers can use the tracking number to monitor the shipment status.
