We courier packages with complete care and packaging. However, we are not responsible for damage or loss of goods during shipping and customs.
The customer needs to pay for the shipping and/or courier charges whichever applies for safe delivery.
VAT and Customs Charges need to be paid by the Customer while shipping is processed.
All item prices are inclusive of GST.
Once the item has been shipped, a request for a change in Delivery address will not be considered.
Shipping Policy:
We have partnered with several logistic service providers for our shipments and the shipping charges may vary as per their market standards. Our preferred logistics partners are ICL, DTDC, and DHL, and many more. We provide shipment both Domestic and Internationally, cost will be shown in the cart during checkout. The normal shipping estimate for all orders is between 5 to 9 Working days. There may be delays in providing the shipment in case of any unavoidable situations.
CANCELLATION, RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Cancellation policy
Your order cannot be canceled once dispatched. Kindly make all the necessary changes (if any) before the shipment is out of our warehouse.
RETURN
We don’t have a return policy option; please make a note of it.
Refund
Your money will be refunded within 15 to 20 working days from the time of processing the refund. The refunded amount will be credited back to the same account/card used to make the purchase.
Tracking Details
We will send the tracking details through Email once the order is dispatched which can be used to track the latest status of your order at any stage.
